Can the app be customized with my brand?
Joyride provides a fully branded experience with your logo, colors and business name. From app store listings to in-app UI, we ensure your brand is front and center.
How do riders unlock a vehicle using the app?
Riders open the app to view a real-time map of available vehicles nearby. They can scan a QR code or enter the vehicle ID manually to unlock and start their ride.
What payment methods are accepted through the app?
The app supports all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and some regional payment processors. Operators can also enable wallet top-ups, pre-authorization, subscriptions and promo codes.
Is the app available on iOS and Android?
Your branded rider app is published on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We manage app submissions and updates on your behalf.
How long does it take to launch my own branded rider app?
Most apps are approved in the app stores within 2–3 weeks of onboarding. In the meantime, our team will guide you through connecting your vehicles, setting up your payment gateway and configuring fleet settings.
Which app features can I customize?
Dozens of features can be configured to create a unique fleet experience such as group rides, promos and referrals, unlock fees, parking rules, ID verification, rider incentives, and more.
Does the app support different languages and currencies?

What if a rider has an issue with the app or vehicle?
Riders can report issues and submit support tickets with photos, directly from the app. Operators receive these tickets via the backend dashboard and can respond accordingly.
Can I offer free vehicle rentals?
Absolutely. The App and Dashboard can be configured for internal and private fleet use cases at campuses, corporations, warehouses, gated communities, resorts, apartments or office buildings.
